PERSHING COUNTY ALUMNI ASSOCIATION MEETING

The meeting was called to order by President Lynn Christofferson
Members attending were Geri Atkinson, Lynn Christofferson, Jim Rowe, and Joan Duncan

Discussion was held on scholarships and the invitations.  Geri presented Joan with a bill from Jeff’s Office supply for $180.00 for the invitations.  They did a great job on the printing and it was considerably less that Kinkos last year.  Geri said she mailed out all the invitations and the emails will be going out soon.

The plaque for lifetime members was located and Jim hung it up at the school.
Joan will talk to the high school counselor, Mr. Schottel, on Monday and ask him to handd out the general scholarship applications to the seniors.  The deadline will be April 25th for submitting the applications and Joan will also pick them up at the school.

All the members are asked to help find people who are interested in being an officer next year.  Jim said he would say on as trustee and Joan said she would be the treasurer next year if no one else wanted it.

Coeur Rochester sent a donation for the 5k run and Rachel emailed Joan a bill for awards and
t shirts.

The next meeting will be April 26th @ 5:00pm @ Espinoza Bookkeeping.
